2nd Wind MENtors is a 7-week program geared towards male student athletes from fatherless homes. The program consists of one 2-hour session per week held at our facility in Chatsworth, CA. The sessions will be held on Sundays, and each session consists of 60 minutes of physical training concentrating on sports-specific skills and overall conditioning, light snacks, with the last part of the session devoted to mindset training and character building. At the end of the 7-week program each student athlete will have a basic foundation of the core principles necessary for success on and off the field of play.
Here are the eligibility requirements:
1. Male student-athlete between the ages of 13 and 17.
2. Single-mom household.
3. Must commit to attending each session of the 7-week program.
